Advertised monthly per-user pricing. Storage recommendations are 1 GB per Basic member and 10 GB per Pro member, pooled across the workspace. Billing, plan-based storage allowances, Pro-only call access and retention are not yet enforced. Read the retention FAQ.

Calls are one-to-one between direct team members, not group calls. Updated beta clients authenticate chat-key possession automatically, without code comparison. First-use trust depends on server-delivered keys; changed remembered keys block calls. Cross-network relay calling still needs live validation. Explore direct team calls.
